Ms. Lee Rome was one of the original founders of the company. In July of 2013 ownership of Acadian Real Estate Services, LLC was transferred over to Heather Hatcher Cutrer, the current Broker and Owner. The office has relocated to Clinton, LA.

Acadian Real Estate Services has no quotas to meet; this allows us to have that personal one on one relationship with our clients and give them the attention they deserve.
We are a member of the GBRAR Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors and serve both residential and commercial clients.
We are registered to show and sell HUD homes.
Acadian Real Estate Services, LLC has relationships with home builders and commercial contractors, should a client wish to have a custom home or commercial building built.
